I learned during the "short" session of 2013 that it takes a fair amount of effort to move legislation through the General Assembly. Needless to say, I couldn't carry as much legislation as I wanted and still have time enough to advocate for each one of them.
Having said that, I file as many important bills each year as I think I can.
